I’ve honed my skills in translating business objectives into comprehensive delivery strategies, and pride myself on my ability to empower cross-functional teams to deliver quickly, and deliver well.

Passionate about continuous improvement, I champion agile methodologies and have a deep understanding of how they can be adopted at scale. I’m also a keen MACH technology specialist!

I currently enjoy a full-time role as a Delivery Lead for Specsavers’ digital team. When I’m away from laptop screens and meeting rooms, you’ll often find me behind the wheel of a classic Mini – that’s if I’m not under the bonnet with a spanner in hand! I’m also an avid enjoyer of photography, design, travel, and music.
