During my career I’ve successfully led global digital transformation initiatives, specialising in MACH technology adoption. Passionate about continuous improvement, I champion agile methodologies and have a deep understanding of how they can be tailored to suit the specific needs of different projects.

Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in translating business objectives into comprehensive delivery plans, and building empowered teams to deliver value quickly. My ability to bridge the gap between technical intricacies and strategic goals has resulted in successful end-to-end deliveries and satisfied stakeholders.

My leadership style is rooted in fostering a culture of innovation, where every team member is encouraged to contribute their unique perspective. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I know firsthand how important it is for leaders to empower and support diversity in the workplace; I believe that diversity, both in thought and background, is a catalyst for groundbreaking solutions.

I currently enjoy a full-time role with Specsavers as a Digital Delivery Lead, working closely with strategic partners including industry leaders & vendors in the MACH space. When I’m away from laptop screens and meeting rooms, you’ll often find me behind the wheel of one of my classic Minis – that’s if I’m not under the bonnet with a spanner in hand! I’m also an avid enjoyer of photography, travel, and music.
